A warm welcome awaits visitors to the school.
The President of Orphan Outreach, Mike Douris, together with a small group from the USA visited Patmos School in 2013 and took part in a class lesson. The visitors from Orphan Outreach also spent time speaking with the Headmaster and the teachers to understand better the immediate needs of the school.
The Headmaster arranged for them to visit some of the homes of the most vulnerable children and to meet with their guardians. They were deeply touched by the experience and impressed with the dedication of the teachers and the resilience of the children.
Since this visit in 2013 Orphan Outreach have returned to the school on numerous occasions and have been instrumental in supporting the school with text books, school equipment and urgent needs.
